Pinakbet

After too much eating during the holidays I needed to go on diet. I find pinakbet to be helpful. You can add variety of vegetable. I love going for basic ingredients like  bitter gourd, eggplant, sigarilyas, french beans, sweet potato or pumpkin and okra. I learned from a friend to add knorr to make it tastier. Start with browning the meat, add tomato and sliced ginger then put all the veggies. Do not stir, just flip it like how Chinese chef does to keep the vegetables in shape.
