We heard that this is the best among all the restaurants offering breakfast if you stay in Hoshino Resort Tower 1 or Tower II. It's Japanese buffet. They had nice selection of food if you know how to mix and match. My girls enjoyed pumpkin ice cream but hate tomato flavor. I perfectly understand, I had a go and its the worst tasting ice cream I ever had.
I lived in Italy for 4 and 1/2 years and I know what is pasta. This restaurant is fusion of Japanese and Italian style of cooking. I was shock when they serve me Bolognese with Ramen noodle, far from what I expected. Taste is ok. I didnt like the texture, it was awful. I will not discourage anyone to go there and give it a try. In the end it all depends on your preference. Who knows, maybe you'll like it ;-)
This place is really fun. It's an artificial beach with artificial waves. My girls loves to float during the 10 minutes show. Highly recommended.
We had Santouka in Manila, located in Makati but I should try how they make this Ramen in Japan. Will it be the same. Let me eat first...
We had our welcome drink and we feel we are welcomed. Japanese Whisky on the rocks, Brandy and various cocktail. What a night!
This place was cozy during our 2 nights stay. They have Onsen (hot bath) at the basement which is convenient. I can recommend for those who are travelling with kids aged 8 and 6.
Ramen is very popular in this region and also my tummy :-) You shouldnt miss Ramen Village after visiting Asahiyama Zoo. It's nice to warm up your body with a fatty delicious Ramen soup paired with gyoza. My husband was disappointed he was unable to taste it. Anyhow he enjoyed a mug of cold beer so he have forgotten his misery.
It was freezing cold but today we have decided to visit Asahiyama Zoo. Despite the bad weather, my girls enjoyed watching various animals. They even played with snow, brrrr!
I can't believe we have decided to eat 2 nights in a row at this yakitori place. You might have guessed right. This place is wonderful. All the barbeque we had was juicy. Have a look on our first night.
